  • Qualifications

I am a Trainee Solicitor in final seat of my training contract in our Residential Property Department. I have completed three seats in Residential Property, Commercial Property and Family. I transitioned to the training contract following two years of experience working in Residential Property as a paralegal.

I am thoroughly enjoying assisting with progression of ongoing matters, attaining experience in complex and unique matters within each seat, and facing new challenges.

Whilst working in the Residential Property Department, I was exposed to a variety of work including new build transactions, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equities. I have worked at various stages ranging from quoting and file opening all the way through to completion.

During my time in our Commercial Property Department, I have picked up numerous skills. I have been exposed to and worked on long and short Lease transactions, renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, sale and purchase of commercial property, option and promotion agreements.

I have been involved in various Children Act 1989 matters as well as divorce and finances matters. I have been exposed to various stages of family matters including the initial disclosure process, negotiations and reaching a final settlement. I have also assisted in pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreement matters.

As I progress as a trainee solicitor, I endeavour to manage clients’ expectations, be approachable and adaptable to their needs.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2020.
