- Qualifications
I am currently a Trainee Solicitor in my fourth and final seat in our Commercial Litigation Department, having completed my first seat in our Private Client Department in St Albans, my second seat with our Commercial Property Department in Luton and my third seat with our Employment Department in Luton.
Whilst working in Employment, I was involved in a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including settlement agreements, employment contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment status issues and employment tribunal claims (including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims).
During my time working in Commercial Property, I was involved in a wide array of commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant matters, property development and property re-financing.
In Private Client, under the supervision of fee-earners, I delivered services relating to the drafting of Wills and Power of Attorney documents. I also dealt with Probate matters, acting as an approachable key point of contact for clients.
I joined Taylor Walton in 2022 and I am due to qualify as a Solicitor in September 2024.
- Degree in Law & Criminology from Cardiff University
- Legal Practice with Business Management Masters from University of Law
