My work is split between two roles – supporting the Firm in Strategic Development, overseeing a number of business operations through the Board management process and also being part of the Harpenden Conveyancing team undertaking Residential Property transactions.
I am able to carry out niche / boutique conveyancing for existing and referred clients together with assisting local introducers and providing conveyancing for high-net-worth clients in the Hertfordshire area. I look to assist local estate agents and endeavour to be available to clients not just through electronic means of communication but also in person. This allows me to demonstrate a tailored service to clients.
I have a wide range of conveyancing knowledge and am able to share experience with staff allowing them to foster their own unique client service levels. I hope to look for solutions in difficult periods when matters become complicated not just on the conveyancing side of things but also applying solutions and practices to support growth and development.
As part of my role in supporting long-term development for the Firm, I have an interest in using technology to assist with process and supporting all departments within the Firm in a number of areas relating to risk, training, IT and marketing.
I am lucky enough to be able to travel between all three of the Firms offices and engage with staff, clients and introducers to ensure that service delivery is excellent, and clients and introducers are getting additional support through the way in which the Firm can enhance its delivery of services.
I have nearly thirty years conveyancing experience and have been with Taylor Walton for nearly twenty-five years. I enjoy developing new talent which in the main allows a considerable amount of organic growth within the organisation.
I joined Taylor Walton in 2001.
