I am a Partner in our Private Client Department, based in St Albans. I deal with a full range of private client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Inheritance tax planning and Declarations of Trusts.

I regularly advise clients on Wills of all manners, from a straightforward Will for someone wishing to pass assets to children, to more complex Wills including life interest and discretionary trusts.

No matter what case I am dealing with and regardless of the level of complexity I take time to understand my client’s wishes, always ensuring I get to the heart of the issues for the client and find them the best solution available.

I strive to offer clear, straightforward advice, in a friendly and approachable manner. I have been described by clients and colleagues as empathetic which I endeavour to always be as I often assist people during their most difficult times.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2009.

Over the years I have dealt with many matters of varying intricacy, including Lasting Powers of Attorney for a couple who were concerned about how their affairs would be managed in the event that one or both of them lost mental capacity as well as dealing with the estate of someone who passed away without a Will.
